1) Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Australia only.

2) How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping is available on orders over AUD 39.
If your order is below AUD 39, shipping is AUD 4.99.
At checkout you may also see an optional insured shipping method for an additional fee.

3) How long does processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
Cut-off time: 17:00 (AEST, GMT+10).

4) How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days (Monday to Saturday) after dispatch (AEST, GMT+10). Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods.

5) Will I receive tracking?

Yes. If you choose a tracked shipping method at checkout, a tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

6) Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

7) What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused and in resellable condition.

8) How do I start a return?

Contact us first (required) with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. If eligible, we will confirm your return and provide the return instructions. A return label is included in your parcel for your order.

9) When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after your return has been received and inspected. No restocking fee applies.
